News Flash

Ok, the time has come to announce something I have been holding in for a while! No, not another baby...keep waiting on that one for a loooong time.
I'm going back to school!! Woot, woot!! I'm SO excited. I've been wanting to forever, but not knowing what I wanted to do/having babies/no time, really put it on the back burner.
So I have since researched, figured out what I like, and what I would be able to do from home, and thus...
Medical Transcription...ta da! I'm pumped.
I really got into it when I helped Jason study for his EMT courses. So I'm already familiar with a lot of the terminology.
The course can be done in as little as 6 months, but I will probably take a few months longer, just because I don't know how fast I can do it with 2 kids and my other job. We'll see. But in the end I'll be a CMT. Then find myself another job! Luckily my other job is so flexible, I'll easily be able to do both. Jason is pretty excited too, cause I'll be learning alot of the same medical stuff he had to learn for his EMT courses. So he's gonna be my studdy buddy.
HOORAY!! I'm eventually going to further this certification with an associates degree too, but we'll probably squeeze another baby in somewhere in between the two.. :)
Wish me luck, I'm registering this week!!
p.s. I totally feel the giddy excitement of a school kid the night before the first day back to school...hehe.
