Toodles!

We are leaving tomorrow for a much needed get away!! We will be making the loooong treck down to Mesa for Thanksgiving and my cousin Karen's wedding the next day at the Mesa temple! We can't wait to see all of our family down there. So, we will be gone for a few days. Starting the drive back Saturday and finishing up Sunday. Let's just hope little miss "cranky pants" can survive the long car ride. ("cranky pants being Makayla...or me...depending on how Makayla is...) And speaking of cranky, someone needs a nap RIGHT NOW or I may go insane. So, everyone have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Amazing

So I went and filled up our car last night at the gas station, and guess what I saw!? I should have taken a picture. Gas was $1.97!! Under $2.00. I almost could not believe my eyes, or my good fortune. It cost a whopping $18.90 to put about 9.6 or so gallons into our tank. We were paying almost $40 bucks to fill 'er up just a few months ago. I was so happy. I maybe get a little more excited than the average person about gas...prices...hehe.

I want fall back. I miss it already. Winter always comes way too fast for me. It's cold, it's icky, it's gray, blah. I want like 3 months of September/October weather!! Is that too much to ask!?
