Just a little longer!

36 WEEKS--
Here is the most recent pic of my tummy, actually taken last night after I ate waaayyy too much food at Costa Vida. So I felt gigantic...

Only about 3 weeks till my induction date. Kinda hoping she comes before that though!!

I think Jason needs to learn how to take more flattering pictures when I start getting this big. It always seems like the camera is angled, and I am looking down. Not very cute.

Wedding Fun

Saturday I drove down to SLC for Jackie's wedding shower at Jason's aunt's house. It was so fun to see alot of our family that we don't get to see too often. And also fun to hear all about Austin and Jackie's dating/engagement stories again!! I laughed when she said how Austin had tricked her into thinking the ring wasn't done yet, when it really was. That's the same trick Jason pulled on me, and i was SO surprised! It's a good trick.

My Sistas! Jackie and Ashley. How cute are they!?

I think she should have held that gift horizontally so my big belly wouldn't be so "out there"...haha.. but cute pic! I stole these from Jackie's facebook...thanks Jackie!!

It was a really fun shower, I love going to things like that, especially when I get to leave the kiddo home with Jason!!

Shiny New Toy

Looky looky!! It's about time! I almost don't know what to do with myself, it's so much bigger than our little civic!!

She's FAT!!

So...funny story.
I was in Insta-care (hate hate hate going there...) with Makayla yesterday, and waiting in line to get a prescription. There was a cute little girl sitting with her mom waiting for their Rx's, just to the side of me.
I hear a little tiny voice say, "Mommy, she's having a baby, like you!" I glance over and give a little giggle, and notice the mom is definitely not as big as I am yet.
Then a few seconds later, I hear the little tiny voice, quite a bit louder, say, "She's a FAT girl, mommy!" I turned around, and laughed, because I knew she was referring to my extremely large belly, and also because I knew the mom would be completely mortified. Oh, that poor mom.
She was REALLY embarassed...and apologetic.
I've always heard stories from other moms about how their kids say such embarassing things to people in stores, they state the obvious (which is not always a good thing) and the moms are always so horrified...I've never been on the receiving end of one of these situations.
It made me laugh.

Now, if I wasn't pregnant, I think I would have had a much different reaction!!
