So I went and filled up our car last night at the gas station, and guess what I saw!? I should have taken a picture. Gas was $1.97!! Under $2.00. I almost could not believe my eyes, or my good fortune. It cost a whopping $18.90 to put about 9.6 or so gallons into our tank. We were paying almost $40 bucks to fill 'er up just a few months ago. I was so happy. I maybe get a little more excited than the average person about gas...prices...hehe.

No kidding!! Our gas just hit 1.87 and I just about died of delight! Hooray for cheap fuel!!!
Sheesh, I thought a few weeks ago when it hit $2.15 that there was something wrong with my eyesight.... insane.
yes, the other day i gased up and was happy about it to, just it was $2.15 and i was happy. that is great that it keeps coming down. the sad thing is once obama gets in the white house jan 20th they say that he is going to stop off shore drilling and prices with go up again. lets hope that this rumor is not true. but until then, lets enjoy this joy!
You're not alone! I nearly cried when it cost me less than thirty dollars! I just hope it holds out since we're making a trek to California next week. I estimate our gas cost to go down at least $75 from what we originally planned for!!! Yay!!!

Never in the time that we've owned our van has it cost us less than $50 to fill it up. We filled it up the other day and it cost $35! I could not believe it!!! Down in Lawton yesterday gas was $1.77. It's truly amazing!!!!
yes!! we're at like $1.8something and I feel like I just want to GO somewhere....just because I can!
